I have been using epilators for about 20 years and this baby is by far the best I have ever used. I had been using two competitors for the past 6 years and then thought I'd give this a go. It is much more gentle on skin; others if they don't pinch they will scratch or scrape skin, particularly on the upper lip and bikini. I would normally have to use baby powder to protect the skin in these two areas, but this is unnecessary with the Philips epilator. The ergonomic design also makes using this a dream. What a great product, thank you :)

Totally very disappointed with this philips product I had brought it from Courts Jurong point branch in Singapore after watching the advertisement! Immediate try it at home after buying it to eplilate under arm hair but it only break the hair and does not do a clean job end up I had to use a shaver to shave it as it's too short to eplilate. Compare with Braun eplilator totally a fail product from what I can say. Does not recommend it at all!
