These clippers far exceed any others Ive previously used

Being the mother of 3 boys and a wife, I have been through countless pairs of clippers. I always resort to getting their hair cut at the salon because it takes so long to clip their hair and it never looks well done. I used these immediately after coming home from the shop and was instantly shocked at how light they were and at the compact design. They cut through my husbands hair with ease and perfectly evenly. What would have normally taken 30+ minutes from start to finish was done within 10 minutes and was the best cut in have seen using domestic clippers. I couldn't be happier with this product A+++

I have had the hair clipper for 6 month. After cleaning and refitting the clipper head one of the retaining clips broke off. I contact Phillips to see about a replacement part. The customer service was average in that the person appeared to have difficulty in interpreting my needs (a replacement clipper head) the product has only two parts the clipper and the handle containing the battery/motor. The final advice was that the part would have to come from overseas and the cost was $2 less than the store price of a new hair trimmer. A bit disappointing
