充電ができない。問い合わせると、数週間に一回は充電をしないとリチウム電池は使えなくなるとのこと。夏が近づいてきたので早速使おうまて充電したが全然使えなくなっていた。3年たつと、使えなくなるなんて…電化製品ってこんなもんなんだ。と残念で仕方がない。決して安いものじゃないから、3年でダメになるとは、びっくりだ。海外製品は、寿命が短いのか。 また、製品を問い合わせた時の電話での対応にも悲しくなる。 充電を数日間やっているけど、やっぱりダメだ…

The product was great at the start was happy with the results after 8 months of using it then battery has died and now it won’t work. It sad cause my partner bought for me as a present now it won’t work. Poor things he has lost his money now.

I purchased the Phillips Lumea Precision Plus after saving and saving. I had the use of it for 9 months before the battery died which I have been informed by Phillips is irreplaceable. I am so disappointed as I was enjoying using the product. I cried over the wasted money. The product is now unusable and I expected more from Phillips.
